We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after the 7-day policy period has expired.
  • The issue is not a result of a flaw in our software (e.g., issues with your WhatsApp account, computer, or internet connection).
  • The request is for a subscription renewal payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date.
  • You have violated our Terms of Service or used the extension for spamming, which is against WhatsApp’s official policies.
